I’ll start by saying that this water damage restoration team was excellent, practical, responsive, and very efficient. They helped me out in a tough situation when other companies let me down. This was the first water leak and insurance claim that I have had to deal with as a new home owner. They came out right away, correctly diagnosed the source from experience, and got their recommended plumber on-site shortly after, who located and patched the leak in less than an hour. The next morning, their crew arrived, removed the wet drywall and insulation, set up a plastic sheet containment enclosure, and started running a dehumidifier and fans to dry the wall. They worked with me and my insurance to make the claim filing and payment process very easy. Fortunately it was handled early enough that there was no mold. The rebuild looked even better than before with a fresh coat of paint. They also thoroughly cleaned up the garage floor. I trust AssurePro to handle any future water restoration projects and highly recommend them.
